Ali Bell: Advanced Boxercise Instructor & Personal Trainer

Hi, I am Ali, of Fitbox and I love fitness, sport and all things active. I qualified as an Advanced Personal Trainer in 2008 and have had plenty of experience training individuals on a 1-2-1 basis and in classes.

After doing a boxing course I was filled with such energy and happiness.  It left me feeling so alive, ready to take on anything.

Fitbox works with businesses. Fun team building or fitness sessions, after all “healthy people means a healthy business”.  So,  why not give your team the gift of working with me and see the stress drain away as a smile lights up their face. It will give your team the boost they’re looking for.

I offer individual personal training sessions online or face-to-face as well as several local classes in and around Thame. Plus a monthly subscription to 4 online classes per week + videos.

Fitbox is now working with Care Homes. I am so enjoying taking these seated sessions, the residents are just so lovely and all so very individual. They do make me smile and what’s lovely is they love the sessions.

I teach kids classes in local schools and train individual students as part of their Duke of Edinburgh Award.  I hold an Enhanced DBS Check.

What does a Fitbox Fitness Session look like?

All boxercise participants with Fitbox are required to complete a Health Questionnaire and disclaimer. Whatever your level of fitness, you are welcome.

Boxing pads and gloves are not required for shadow boxing but participants may prefer to use them regardless.  Hand-wraps are also a good substitute. In face-to-face classes, you will need your own gloves and pads (since Covid19). Visors may also required.

Rules and regulations are continually changing and Fitbox ensures that all Health and Safety standards are adhered to.

Generic class format as follows:

Technique instruction; Warm up; Stretch: Sparring; Drills; Races; Circuits: Cool down; Stretching: Feedback.
