Fitness Classes, Boxercise and Personal Training Sessions
Bored of the same exercise classes and want to try something different? Why not give a Boxercise fitness class a try. Or if you prefer a more private 1-2-1 session then a personal training session with Ali of Fitbox will invigorate and re-motivate you. Boxercise is great for all over fitness, general weight loss and good for improving strength and to help with muscle toning. But, it doesn’t have to be just Boxing, as your personal trainer we will use battle ropes, slam balls, TRX and much more!
Classes as follows:
Mondays – Shabbington 9.15am – Strength & Toning (Own weights needed)
Tuesdays – Worminghall 7pm – Boxercise
Thursdays – Oakley 7.15pm – Boxercise followed by PureStretch at 8:15pm
Saturdays – Shabbington 9:15 & 10:15am – PureStretch
Everyone is welcome to try. Full technique instruction is provided and all levels of fitness are welcome as I adapt exercises accordingly.
