Keep moving for your wellbeing

With so many of us working from home we need to be very aware of our posture. Desk, chair, laptop, desktop…. Anything else you may use? Are they all set at the right height for you to ensure you have a good working posture? Also, don’t cross your legs! Get up and move occasionally.

So, think about your office and desk set up. Whether it is at home or in an office. Make sure you move.
